Readers of rotas, not vendors of a login

Buildenginegrid exists because HR offices in Georgia already produce more tables than anyone has time to sit with. We take a bounded set of those tables — headcount, leavers, hours, output — and write a study a manager can carry into a meeting without translating jargon.

Origin

The practice began in Tbilisi when Nino Kapanadze was still inside an employer’s HR team, reconciling the statistical submissions that Georgian organisations already make with the rotas supervisors actually used on the floor. The gap was never a missing chart. It was that the leaver file, the overtime extract, and the vacancy log were rarely read as one story.

Working approach

We keep your column names. We write a glossary before we write conclusions. A second reader checks hours definitions. We will send a file back if “active” means three different things. We do not rank named staff for dismissal, and we do not pretend a local desktop utility replaces a human study.
