1. Acceptance
By using this website you accept these terms. Commissioned studies are accepted only when both parties have a written scope letter stating the site, window, fee, and deliverables. Browsing the site does not create a study contract.
2. Who we are

3. Nature of the work
Studies are professional writings based on files you supply. They are not legal advice under the Labour Code of Georgia, not payroll processing, and not investment, brokerage, or custody services. An optional local data tracking utility, where mentioned, is analytical software for record-keeping only and is not provided as a file from this website.
4. Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and original diagrams on this domain belong to Buildenginegrid except where a third-party photograph licence applies. Your source files remain yours. The signed study PDF is licensed to the commissioning legal entity for internal use; republication as a marketing brochure requires written consent. You must not remove attribution from the annex.
5. Your files
You warrant that you may lawfully share the headcount, hours, and leaver files you send. You must not send special-category health files unless they are strictly required and lawfully minimised. We may suspend a study if a file appears to have been obtained without authority.
6. Fees and no checkout
Published fees are informational starting points. Invoices are issued under the scope letter. This website does not process payments or store payment cards.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by the law of Georgia, Buildenginegrid is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or decisions you take after reading a study, including hiring, dismissal, or shift changes. Our aggregate liability for a commissioned study is limited to the fee paid for that study. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Georgian law.
8. Website accuracy
Journal articles are general commentary. They are not a substitute for a scoped study of your files. We may correct pages without notice.
9. Third-party names
References to Binance, Marvel, Veve, or other marks are for compatibility or informational context only and do not imply endorsement. See the site footer.
10. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from the website or from a study contract are governed by the law of Georgia (GE). Courts of Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
11. Changes
Material changes to these terms will be dated on this page. Continued use of the site after the date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use. Existing study contracts change only by written agreement.
