Labour reporting windows that shape a study calendar in Georgia

Leave, overtime, and statistical submissions do not arrive on a Silicon Valley sprint. A study has to sit inside the Georgian reporting year.

A study calendar in Georgia has to respect the year employers already live in: leave peaks around public holidays, overtime around vintage and tourist months, and the statistical submissions HR already prepares. We do not pretend a six-week sprint invented elsewhere will fit a harvest site.

When we plan a Seasonal Headcount Plan, we start from last year’s actual arrival dates for temporary staff, not from a hoped-for advertisement date. Guest houses in the west and packing halls in Kakheti do not share the same peak, even if both say “summer” in a board note.

Labour inspections and internal audits also create file freezes. If your leaver log cannot be exported during a particular fortnight, say so at intake. We would rather shift the window than invent a month.

Write to us with the months you must present upstairs, and the months your files actually cover. Those two calendars are often not the same, and the study should say so in the first paragraph.
